This program features a concert of the Stanford Symphony Orchestra in collaboration with the Dun Huang Music Ensemble of San Francisco, an group which specializes in the performance of traditional Chinese instruments. This took place on April 88, 1995, as part of the preparation leading up to the SSO's Summer 1995 tour to the Far East.
