Loser, of the splendid "Blast from the Past" column in Short Fast + Loud zine, says "this Japanese quartet dished up nothing but rippingly fast, raging and ultimately furious, frantic high-speed thrash in the vein of S.O.B., OUTO or GUDON, but in opposite to the aforementioned masters of disaster who enclosed male lead singers, BRAIN DEATH had the incredible high pitched, yet kinda hoarse vocals of Sachi! Hands down, Sachi is still one of the best female thrash singers ever and this EP is worth owning just because of her marvelous voice!"
